Description

To support daily customer service and administrative operations while gaining hands-on experience in office management, client communication, and organizational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and tracking customer complaints/issues
  • Maintain customer records and update databases (CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk)
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to the team
  • Manage front desk duties (greeting visitors, handling mail, and scheduling meetings)
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
